If you send it as cash by mail, then you can remain anonymous, although you will have to worry about the postmark (the stamp on the corner of the envelope). You should also note that under most countries' laws, sending more than 10,000 USD outside the country without declaring it is illegal.

You can mail cash in an envelope without a return address. You can mail traveler's checks to them in an envelope with a fake return address. You could create a paypal account with false information, fund it with money from a different paypal account, send the funds in paypal, then close the new account.
