Firstly you have to follow the Credit (Repossession)Act 1997. You have to send a Pre-possession notice to the buyer to his last known address that the buyer has to make the payment within 15 days from the date of notice. Even after 15 days, if he failed to pay, you can collect the vehicle through agent from the buyer.

If it is in your possession you would not really need to repossess it. If someone else has your vehicle you can call the police and have them meet you at its location so that you can retake ownership of your property. If necessary they can also help you arrange a tow.

If you mean a vehicle that someone borrowed and won't return for you, first ask the person to return it.If the vehicle is not returned to you,get a court order asking it to be returned. You could also sue for unlawful posession of the vehicle.

Well if you mean surrender it to where you bought it from then all you should have to do is contact them and have them send a truck to get it.

Legally you can repossess your own card but the bank and or lender will not pay you for it. Most likely after you repo it they will try to sue you.
