How do I replace an alternator on a Chevy Venture?

You will have to find the alternator (connected to the engine via a rubber turn belt). It unscrews and the new one screws in. Connect the new wires last.

First, disconnect battery from vehicle. Remove serpentine belt. Locate and disconnect wires from alternator. Remove all nuts and bolts. Remove and replace alternator. Reinstall in opposite order.

To replace an alternator on a Chevy Venture you need to disconnect all the wiring to the alternator. Remove all the nuts and bolts to the alternator. Then put the new alterantor in place and tighten all the screws. After this place the wiring into the new alternator and it should be running.

First remove the cover of windshield wiper motor. Now disconnect the wiper linkage. Then remove the serpentine belt. Remove the forward pivot bolt. Finally remove the alternator and replace.

First, remove the wiper motor, wiper motor bracket, and driver's side wiper linkage. Then disconnect the alternator. Replace with new alternator. Put wiper assembly back together.
