Put a container under the pump to catch the power steering fluid. Remove the old hose. It will either be held on with a nut or a hose clamp. Put the new hose back on a refill the pump with fresh fluid.

Depending on which hose is bad you will need a flat head screw driver or open end wrench. The low pressure hose can be replaced by removing the hose clamps. The high pressure hose can be replaced using the correct size open end wrench

You will have to use a flare nut wrench and remove the hose from the back of the pump. Be careful as these fittings are usually hard to remove. Then remove the other end of the hose from the steering box or steering rack. Replace the hose in the reverse order

Turn off engine. Have the correct replacement hose. Spray connection ends with WD-40. Loosen one end of the hose to drain the fluid, then remove the next. Replace hose.
