How do I replace a Chevy S10 door?

It is held on by two big bolts and all you have to do is and size up your wrenches to the bolts and then open the door the biggest thing you have to make sure you do is take the nuts all the way off the bolt first then hold on to the door pull them replace the door.

Unbolt the door at the hinges. Roll down the window and have a friend support the door while you unbolt the hinges in between the door and the truck body.

You can look at a junk yard and find a replacement door quite easily. The current door should unbolt and you can bolt the new one in its place.

Well you need to actually get the door first and I doubt there is one available. If you don't get the door, then it is hard.

If you're doing it yourself, go to a junkyard/Pull-A-Part and get the "new" door. Then remove all bolts, unplug wires and put the new one on (remember to reconnect wires).

Unhook wiring from the fuse box and push it into the door. Then roll down the window so that a friend can hold the door while you knock out the two hinge pins. Line up the new door and install the new pins. Reroute the wiring.

Take the bolts out holding the old door take the new door put the bolts in to stableize it and make sure you tighten everything down.

When you open the door you should see two hinges, remove the bolts to the hinges and reverse. Its a two person job though.
