This is a tricky question. Start by checking the obvious and perhaps even consult your dealership or local automotive shop/expert. It's very dangerous trying to replace or remove any part this is near your engine as your hands could get caught in the fan or rigging. Locate the blower motor and have some allen wrenches on hand. Kill the motor.

Locate blower, make sure you use allen wrenches. A job like this requires an experienced dealership or local automotive shop/expert. Due to the fact it can be dangerous cause you have to remove a part near the engine and can risk getting your hand caught in fan or rigging.
