How do I repair the horn on my Jeep Wrangler?

Well if the actual horn stopped working just unbolt it and replace it with another. If the button doesn't work disassemble the wheel and repair it.

Horn didn't work as the fuse was blown. Hence got a new fuse and fixed in the horn and found it working.

Either go to the auto parts store and get a manual for it, tell them the make and model of the car. Or you might need to take it in to a repair shop to have it fixed. I think the manual might help you though. Best of luck to you.
