Most people that repair pottery use super glue that bonds to ceramic, then uses a thick paint or glaze to fill in and cover the cracks. Any craft store sells products for fixing broken or chipped pottery.
I don't think it can be repaired, you might have to go buy a new pottery. Or look around for a store that sells creamic pottery, see if they can help you out.
