Its not a big deal. You can use some sort of adhesive's available like Dr.Fixit in hardware's shop. It really works great. it stops 100% leakage from your walls surface. And another method is by using China clay mostly used to make clay objects, apply them. If none of this works call a professional repair guy.

Reparing a concrete floor is not an easy job, but you can do one thing is that, you can use Crack injection. It is usually applied from the inside, which avoids digging on the outside of the walls. It permanently stops water leaks and also No drilling is needed.

If you have cracks in your concrete floor and you are having leaking problems then you will need to replace the concrete or have it sealed with some type of sealer.
