Really there is no way to fix a radiator with a hole in it. It might be able to be patched temporarily. You really need to replace the whole radiator if you want it to cool correctly. This means that the coolant needs to be drained and all the hoses and hardware must be removed.
Your best bet would be to take out the radiator and take it to a body shop and have them braze it up. It does not cost a lot and they have the propper tools.
We need a JB weld to repair. Make the cracked area dry and use extension cord to have blow dryer on the crack. Then make some scratches near the crack to weld grip. Mix the JB weld chemical with a stick or with plastic fork. Finally apply the chemical to the crack and use blow dryer to make it harden.
If you do have a cracked radiator on your Dodge you do have a few options available to you. You could either seal the crack or purchase another radiator. If I were your, I would end up purchasing another radiator because the other one might end up cracking and breaking again.
