Unscrew the antenna. There normally will be a nut on top of the base. Remove it and gain access to the bottom. There should be a hole in the fender. Remove the radio and unplug the cable. The base will come out through the access hole.

Usually, the antenna base can be pulled off with a pair of pliers, or you can pry it off with a flathead screwdriver.

In most cases the antenna base is either a 10mm or 8mm nut, you can remove the antenna base using these tools. A pair of pliers would work equally well.

You will need to get to the back of the base. Remove the inner fender to get to it. Then simply disconnect the wire and remove the hardware.

You will need to unscrew the antenna base from the part of the car. It may not be that easy because it's attached internally. Just try to unscrew it lightly. If it doesn't work, you may need to consult a professional. This is a hard job and must be done with a professional.

You are going to need to unscrew the antenna from the car first and then you can pry up with a screw driver to take the base off.

Remove the retaining nut on the base of the antenna mast. Remove the antenna mast. Disconnect the coaxial cable from antenna. Unplug the coaxial cable from extension coaxial cable, this is the second cable which connects antenna and Radio. Finally remove the antenna base.
