Be very careful with your birth control, always use two methods at a time. If that isn't enough, you could also start charting your cycles using something often referred to as "natural family planning" which should tell you if you simply ovulate late, and prevent a pregnancy "scare. "

The best thing you can do is to follow your doctors advice, get plenty of rest and take care of yourself. Pregnancy, while a exciting time, can also be scary.

Practice safe sex every time or abstain from it. No birth control method is fool proof. Also, know where you can get the morning after pill just in case.

Use birth control. This will solve your problem. Get on a pill and make your partner wear a condom. You will never have to worry again. Just be responsible.

Recovering from this experience involves a decision to make the right choices so that you won't have to worry in the future. Always use some sort of protection when having intercourse. This is the best way to prevent pregnancy. Use a reliable birth control pill regularly, according to your doctor's prescription, or another form of birth control to stop conception.
