If its a virus start your computer in safe mode and scan for viruses. If its someone who actually hacked your computer change your routers log in and wifi passwords to try and block them. If its a real hijack and not a password then its someone who is near you physically

Get a good antivirus, and a good anti-spyware program. Run scans of both on your computer, and remove any items that are found.

unplugged any internet connection to my pc. start my pc in safe mode. get gack to previous date when my computer is ok. then select not to do the windows recovery. restart the pc.

Try running Ewido, Spybot S&D, Trojan Hunter and Hijack This! Failing that you could reinstall your operating system. Make sure to backup all your important files before hand.
