How do I PhotoShop with pastel brushes?

Double-click the foreground icon. In the Color Picker, click the "S" and type 10%, then choose your hue in the large picker box, near the top.

it is also normal brush but with added options which helps us to complete our job easily. this can be used like any other brushes whenever it is required. it gives impression like stroke drawings.

To select the circles, use de selection tool, right click – Layer via Cut. Don't be surprised if you've got a lot of layers we will group them afterwards. Select all the layers with the same coloured dots and merge each colour layer together, you have one layer for each colour;
