Pasting is easy. Just hold down the CTRL key and hit the V button, and the computer will paste whatever is on the clipboard to that spot. The clipboard is a file where the computer holds the last thing you cut or pasted.

You can paste by using the keyboard shortcut control+v (Windows) or command+v (Mac). Alternatively, you can right-click with your mouse or trackpad and select "paste" from the dropdown menu. You will not be able to paste unless you have first copied something to your clipboard. This can be done by control+c or command+c, or by selecting "copy" from right-click dropdown.

Shortcut key is Ctrl-V. However something must be in your clipboard for this to work. Highlight picture or text and hit Ctrl-C, this will put items in your clipboard to paste.

If you're talking about pasting a file then all you have to do is right click on your mouse then highlight the words or sentences that you wanted to copy, click on COPY and then click on PASTE. Another way of doing this is clicking on EDIT, click on COPY and then PASTE.
