A church would be a possible charity organizer. They could either help you or refer you to some places either locally or online. Networking online for the cause might be part of their solution or something you can do on your own.

Decide how you want to raise the money (car wash, bake sale, auction, etc. ) then contact the local media to inform them of what your plans are. They will give you a platform to be able to inform the public of your event and the public will be more likely to attend.

Find the people in charge and talk to them about it, like talking to the people in charge of a church. They should find something that can help organize Acharity

Best thing to do is a Benefit. First find a venue. Then go around and ask for donations for a silent auction. Then ask local grocery stores for donations for food. Then you start spreading the word. People love to show up to these events because they get something out of it too.
