How do I operate windshield wipers on my Dodge Caravan?

On the left hand side, use the lever adjacent/attached to the steering wheel. Twist counterclockwise to increase the speed of the windshield wipers and clockwise to decrease them. Press in the knob on the end to spray wiper fluid. This height should be a little above the knee and is easily accessible.

First make sure you have windshield wipers installed on the vehicle. Should you accidentally find the level to operate it you would not want to scratch the glass.

The long stick beside steering wheel (not turn signal) moves up and down to start/stop the windshield wipers. Moving the top "wheel" part back and forth controls the wiper speed.

The left hand knob coming out of the steering column is going to have your windshield wipers on it. You should probably try twisting towards the dash and it may work.
