Stir fry the green beans with some hot water until the water dries up. Then add some dashes of olive oil. Remove the beans. Then do the same with shredded potatoes until the potatoes turn brown. Eat them with salt and pepper or hot source. You will love it!

You just add green beans, cooked potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Add a one cup of water and vinegar to bring to a boil. Pour out excess water and then put a little more vinegar and salt and pepper since the water is poured out. Finally, put the green beans and potatoes on a plate and serve.

Cut 6 potatoes into quarters and boil in salt water until firm tender. Take half a pound of fresh green beans, remove the ends and break in half. Steam over boiled water. When they are crisp tender, place the two vegetables in a bowl with a sliced onion. Cover the bowl with a towel until the onion flavor is absorbed.

Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Toss them with the green beans, one tablespoon of olive oil, and a couple teaspoons of your favorite dried seasonings, such as basil, oregano, or garlic powder. Roast the vegetables at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Easy one! Green beans and potatoes are already vegan in their organic form. Boil some fresh green beans and potato chunks in a pot with salt and pepper.
