If you already have a headboard that's a great start. you r next step will be to add some lights. You can simply add a strand of clear christmas lights which you can attach to your headboard, or you can get some round LED lights that come in packs. Attach the lights onto your headboard.

You will need to find a head board you are willing to take apart and some lights and wiring to add i used Christmas LED rope for an easy job.

The best thing to do is to cut out two holes in the top of your headboard and mount the lights in them that way. Then you can run a plug down the back side of the headboard to the outlet.
