Make sure the cat is in as little physical pain as possible, you may need to get pain medication from a vet. Keep the cat clean, well fed, and a comfortable temperature.

Give it a comfy blanket to curl up in, and try to move it as little as possible. If the cat moves on its own, put it in the smallest carrier or box you can find. Make sure it has water and food available, but it may not eat if it is under duress. Get it to the vet!

Depending on the injury, the cat may not want you to touch it at all. If you can, attempt to get the cat into a small kennel with soft blankets in a warm, dry location, to let them heal. If it is a pulled or sprained leg, they need to be off their leg for it to heal.

Isolate the cat so they don't get any more injured. They can be placed in a crate to restrict movement. When my cat was injured I use a heating pad on low to keep her warm. Made sure she had fresh water and wet food. They need to be watched to make sure they are getting enough fluids.

I would say make sure the cat is in a quiet spot. Make sure the cat is in a kitty bed to feel calm.

Most cats will find a way to make themselves comfortable, but if you want to help put alot of warm blankets where she sleeps so she can make a bed.

Keep your cat quiet and away from other animals. Keep bedding clean and soft, give prescribed pain medications, and follow any directions your vet has given you.
