The best way to do this is to avoid alcohol. Watch your diet and eat a lot of green vegetables. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Alcohol can cause the readings to be high so if you drink quit. See your MD- you only have one liver. He/she may need to prescribe one or more medications to help keep impurities out of your blood.

To lower liver enzymes, healthy diet is very important. Green vegetables eaten in raw form is good for reducing liver enzymes. Consumption of alcohol should be stopped. Meat consumption should be reduced and switch over to roasted fish. Plenty of juice of fruits like oranges, grapes, pear, water melon and juice of carrot, beet, bitter gourd etc are also good.
