How do I install and above ground swimming pool with an electrical outlet?

your going to need to split the cords on one of your outdoor outlets first, then get a good copper cord covered by thick rubber and dig a hole the length of the cord to the pool to hide it, next intall a peice of 2x4 in the ground and hookup the cord to the oulet and to the wood

All swimming pools must be installed as per the manufacturers instructions. They must be connected to a ground fault circuit interupter type outlet or circuit breaker as to provide proper protection to swimmers against electrical shock.

Before starting the work you have to pull the electric supply. The pipe should be good pvc pipes with good thickness. Which never enters water inside it.

You will first want to see what wiring your pump requires. Some bigger pool pumps may require 240 volt instead of a normal 120 outlet. You will also want to make sure that the pump is protected by a GFCI plug or a GFCI Breaker in your panel. Be sure to follow code with distances from pool sides.
