You can not clean the baby's eyes yourself, simply because the baby wont let you. Please got to a child specialist immediately or if possible to an eye specialist.

If there is something in her eyes, you can try flushing the debris our with warm water, if this does not work then you will need to take her to the doctor, you don't want an infection to start.

Just rinse the baby's eye out multiple times, and keep flushing it out. Then keep your baby from rubbing its eye, which would cause more irritation.

Make sure that the eye is clean. Also, do not let the baby rub the eye because it will irritate it even more and keep it from healing. It is best to take the baby to an eye doctor so they can see if any eye drops are needed.

Use warm compresses on your baby's eye to help with irritation every few hours. Also, try flushing the eye out with lukewarm water in case there are sand particles in it. If the eye is still irritated ask your doctor for an eye drop.
