You don't sharpen circular saw blades for a regular circular saw, Industrial blades which measure 3 or more feet across used in mills are the only ones requiring such maintenance anything smaller is considered a disposable and should be recycled when it has reached the end of its useful life.

Saw blades are best to be sent away to a company that will sharpen them far more accurately than can be done by any person.
