First of all your need a place to hold the auction and some attractive looking people. Ask friends, family, people from work to be auctioned off, or have them ask their friends to help you out. You will then need to advertise this auction. Put up flyers at work in the break room and an ad in the paper.

Start by getting a place and then the items/people you intend to auction off. Set a date, then inform people of the date and dress. Really promote it. Then invite more guests.
