If it's a metal bumper, depending on the severity, the damage can be bent out and repainted. If it is a plastic bumper, there are two parts - the fascia and the foam absorbing backing. Usually if these get damaged they are replaced in full by purchasing a new fascia.

The first thing to do is to clean the area to remove containment. Use a cleaner that is safe for the bumper material. Then using an appropriate material fill in the hole. Once it has hardened it must be sanded down. Then it can be coated with a sealer/primer and re-sanded. Then it can be painted and color-sanded and buffed.

Depends on what kind of bumper. A fiberglass bumper could be bondoed, a metal one could be hammered back into shape. Or you could install a new one.

if it is cracked plastic u can drill some holes in it then zip tie it together like stiches, then sand the crack and take a large zip tie and melt the zip tie into and over the crack "only temporary hold" or buy a new one online and put it oneither way wont be pretty

It depends on what kind of bumper you have. Is it plastic or steel. Is it dented or cracked. If it is plastic and cracked you can use a plastic weld and fix it from the back. If it is dented try a dent puller.
