Make sure the blouse fits in the bust first (it should button over the chest). You can alter the stomach section by openning the side seams and taking it in.

Depending on where they don't fit. If they are too long, hem them up. If they are too short, dont buy it. If they are too big in the chest you can put in darts but if theyre too small and have darts you can let them out.

You can take the blouse along with a well fitting blouse to a tailor and ask him / her to alter it according to the measurement of the other blouse. You can also go to a tailor and get your measurements and ask him to alter the new blouse accordingly.

How you alter it depends on the alteration needed: sleeves, shoulders, bust, armholes. Essentially you have to take it apart and put it back together with the adjustments.

You can pull the seams out on the sides. Use a seam ripper, they work best. Then try the blouses on and pull it in at the sides to your liking. Restitch the sides and feather out the bottoms so it doesn't look lop sided. You can sew by hand or sewing machine if available.

Well you can just trace the seams onto the sides and then use the sewing machine to stitch a seam where you would like to. You can also open the seams as well.

Take them to a seamstress? Or are you going to do it yourself? If you are going to do it yourself you will need to put it on inside out and have someone help you. They will have to use straight pins to pin the shirt to fit your body and then sew the inch or so.

Unless you are rather handy I would go to a dry cleaner or alteration shop. Altering blouses is never as easy as it should be!

If you want a blouse to fit just right then you can get one tailored at a clothing store that offers that service.

Firstly, you go to the tailors shoppe and take your measurement. Then cut the old switching. Cut the cloths in original measurement and switch it. Store blouses never fit everyone, because it switch in company base. Company have some common measurement they cut and switch it same way. So store bought never fit ones.
