You can't spot-reduce fat. If you want to reduce the size of your belly, work on improving your cardio (which will reduce fat all over) and strengthen your core.

You can get rid of your big belly by doing exercises. Sit less and walk more. Be active and not lazy. Try to do exercises at a fixed time. Be punctual in everything. Never eat too much.
