The best way to get rid of any flowering weed is to get a good weed control and hit the weeds hard when it is flowering. The flower of any unwanted plant will soak up a weed control very quickly and will kill it off. Other than that digging it out is always an option but more time consuming

The safest way to get rid of anything not wanted that's growing in your lawn is to keep it mowed down. When you do this it should eventually die off. This is a much better way to handle weeds than using a commercial weed killer. The weed killers that are sold are harmful to the environment and to people!

To prevent the morning glories from growing again, simply dig them up with a garden shovel and make sure to get all the roots.

The best way to get rid of Morning Glories from your lawn is to go deep. Be sure when pulling them you are also completely pulling out the bulb of the plant. Now they will not grow back!

A product called WipeOut will get rid of glories and not hurt the grass. You can put it on leaves and not the grass or surrounding area which is good. Sugar sprinkled around lawn is recommended as weeds won't grow in rich fertile dirt.

The best thing to do is pull them up as soon as you see them growing in. Make sure you get the root too so it won't grow back.
