To avoid gnats, keep fruits ands vegetables in refrigerator or bin. Vinegar, soap solution and vegetable oil can be used to get rid of gnats.

The problem of gnats in the bathroom could be get rid of by the spray of a good quality insecticide mixed with the kerosene oil and then keeping the bath room locked for about 24 hours.

You will need to spray and bug bomb the bathroom as gnats are tough to get rid of. You also need to identify the moisture that is in the bathroom.
