You can do internet menial tasks or cash for clicks, but you wont get rich. You can answer question for text question services or do surveys or mystery shopping. Much better in my opinion is to market a skill you already have in your neighbourhood.

There are some legitimate ways to work at home. You need to look at what skills you possess. If you are artistic or a craftsperson, you can make things to sell on ebay or etsy. You could also take surveys or work on sites like Amazon's mechanical turk.
