MOst cell phone carriers have a 30 day satisfaction clause in their contracts. If it is within the first 30 days of you having the cell phone jsut go back to the local sprint store and return the phone hence ending your contract. If its after the 30 days you can call them but your chances are slim.

To make any changes to your Sprint contract, you will have to talk to a Sprint employee in-store or via the telephone.

Only way how to do it is wait. You need wait for the moment, when they will change some parts of the contract, then you can stop your contract. Other way you probably gonna pay a lot. But way you want do this? Maybe you can find a way without stopping contract.

Well, if your phone is not working, then contact them and make sure you utterly complain about your service. Go to the location where you purchased it from and present your phone case to them. They will do their best to please you and or maybe even repair your service. But you should complain.
