I would guess you have to go to the Father or Priest, and have him do it in a Holy Ceremony.

If you are married by a Catholic priest, in a Catholic wedding service, your marriage is already blessed. You need do nothing more, as in the eyes of God and of the Mother Church, not only is your marriage blessed, but God looks favorably upon it. Go in peace and know all is o. k. already.
