Go to the County clerk office with 25.00 and cert. copy of your birth certificate and your driver's license and you must apply together. Find an officiant to marry you, then choose theme and decorations and date. You can marry the same day you apply and your marriage license will remain valid for one year after you receive it.

You will need to go the register of deeds with your fiance and fill out the paperwork, then you should get a certificate for the pastor to fill out at the end of the ceremony. You then take the license back to the register of deeds and have them get you a true copy.

If you are 18 you can go to a courthouse and pay to receive a marriage license. You will need a parent's consent if you are younger than 18. You may need your birth certificate or driver's license as a proof of age. The cost for a license is $72 and can be paid by cash or money order.
