You will need to practice by standing on your tippy toes and have your back arched correctly in order to improve posture.

A lot of stretching and barre work will help you with your toe and foot point. I would practice using your butt muscles as you extend the point through your entire leg. You can also do different activities with a resistance band. The most important thing to remember is to hold the stretches as you do them.

The best way is to follow the exercises that are laid out to achieve this. There are no short cuts. Ballet is actually a very precise science, and the way to achieve results is to follow the curriculum formulated by years of experience- otherwise you are courting serious injury.

If you sit in a chair, you can use your toes to outline the alphabet. This will increase your foot and toes strength for ballet. Also, practice your positions often.
