Hyundai is still currently in business and still making the Elantra. You could try contacting them to get a copy of the manual but they may not still sell them for your year. Sometimes the can be found only on places like eBay though.

To get a drivers manual for a Hyundai Elantra you would need to contact your local Hyundai dealer and request on. No the company isn't bust.
