If you do a Google search, you can find sites that offer download-able manuals for various cars. You could also contact the nearest dealer, or check Ebay.

You can usually find a free online copy of the manual. You can also purchase an aftermarket manual, Haynes makes decent manuals. You can also goto the dealer directly and request one from there, if you are needing technical information, a Haynes manual will be your best bet for that.
