How do I get a firmer butt?

I'm tired of my butt jiggling.

First, change your diet. A diet high in fats and carbs when you're not pursuing an active lifestyle will lead to a 'jiggly' butt. Second, do daily exercises working up to sets of twenty five or more, including standing lunges, butt kicks, leg lifts, wall sits, squats, and supplementary cardio. Bicycling is great for working out your gluts.

Well the best way to get a firm/non jiggly anything is to work it. Some of the best exercises for the buns are squats, bicycling, running too.

Start with a balanced, healthy diet and brisk walking every day. Try more focussed exercises like the lunge and the squat. Some back kicks are good too.

You could do this by exercising your buttock muscles, mainly gluteus maximus. You can do this by jogging ,swimming. But the most effective way might be hill climbing or stairs climbing.

Exercise is the way to get a firmer butt. Squats preformed by a wall or with a chair on a daily basis will produce great results in just a short time. Walking uphills also works the butt muscles and will produce a firmer butt over a course of time.
