Download the latest device driver after verifying from intel website. Uninstall old & reinstall the new driver in safemode, check ur monitor cable for any damage. To uninstall the driver go to devicemanager by rightclicking on mycomputer & Manage & select Intel display adapter, open properties for adaptor, select driver and uninstall, reboot, then install the new driver

When ialmrnt5 display driver error occurred, system freezes up for a few seconds, resizes the screen resolution to 640×480 and displays objects in 4 colors. Then an error box appears about the ialmrnt5 driver malfunctioning. To fix the problem, you can reboot the PC to get back to normal resolution. We can also fix this problem by installing the latest Intel video drivers

Install the newest Intel display drivers. You can find the newest drivers by searching for them on Google. If that does not solve the problem, you should check that your RAM is functioning properly.

This is an Intel Display Driver issue. What you'll need to do is reboot into Safe Mode, and then go to Remove Programs and remove the Intel driver.
