Many calipers on high end vehicles are not "fixable". Depending on what's wrong your best bet is to just buy a new rebuilt unit. Many of the german manufacturers do not offer repair kits.

You *can* rebuild the caliper, but realistically, you're best bet will be to pickup a rebuilt caliper. Parts cost shouldn't be too bad. Pick up some brake fluid (the cap of the fluid resevoir will tell you what you need). You'll need to bleed the system after you replace the caliper.

It depends on what is wrong with it. Usually the calipers don't break. If it is sticking then you could buy a honing kit to clean up the piston bores. Not knowing what exactly is wrong I can't be any more helpful.

Remove the caliper and inspect it for damage. Check that the piston is not sticking, and rebuild the caliper if necessary. Reinstall the caliper.

The best thing to do is to buy a new one and put it on rather than trying to fix a bad caliper.
