There are several ways to fix a noisy clutch. First check to see if all wires and cables are tight and secure. See if any linkages are loose, and fix as needed. For Hydraulic systems, make sure linkages are tight. If the clutch plates are loose, and old, they might need to be replaced, or just retighten the springs.

Noise is subjective, and note that most bikes are noisy in neutral when you release the clutch. But a loosened clutch plate may also be the cause of the noisy clutch. Try to open the case and make sure everything is torqued to factory specifications. If the noise is still there, you may need to rebuilt it.

Well typically clutch noise can be attributed to a loose clutch basket or clutch plates. Open the case and make sure everything is torqued to factory specifications. If it is still noisy the clutch may need to be rebuilt.
