Depending on your browser this can vary but in IE you can enable javascript by going to tools, internet options, click on the security tab, then click on the internet zone tab. If you haven't customized your settings set the Internet security settings to default level 4, otherwise you will need to customize it and click Enable for Active Scripting.

Depending on your browser, look for options or preferences in the menu. The activation of JavaScript can usually be found under security related settings.

For Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options, Security. Choose the "Internet" icon and click on "Custom Level". In the new pop-up, scroll down to "Scripting" and enable each of the options listed below. For Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools, Option, Content and make sure the "Activate Javascript" option is ticked.
