Well, short of taking it in and having it serviced every now and again and is often recommended of just about any vehicle, there is usually a kind of sticking in the brake function, making it hard to get going again after stopping. Examine the brake for what it does.

If you have a problem while accelerating the car, the brake might be sticking. If you have this problem then get it fixed by any of your local work shop.
