One cannot just pick up and relocate to the country of his/her choice. Narrow the choices and research emigration at the country's Embassy or Consulate website.

First, it's best to consider what languages you speak; if you don't speak the language it probably isn't a good idea. Consider the political landscape of the country in it's current form - can you live with it's laws? Also consider cost of living - when you start out, you probably won't have a job. Also consider immigration laws.
