Open up "My Computer", then right click on drive C. Go down and click on "properties", the click on the "Tools" tab. The second item down should be to Defragment the system. Click on it and off you go.

If you are on Windows: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Defragmenter. Defragging usually takes several hours. I suggest doing it overnight while you sleep.

You just need to start up the default Windows defragmenter. "Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>Disk Defragmenter". There are also commercial and free ones such as PerfectDisk or DiskKeeper.

If you mean that you want to defragment your computer's hard drive that what you do. Open "My Computer", choose the hard drive you want to defragment, left click on it, choose "Properties", go to "Tools" tab, and select "Defragment now" option. Now press "Defragment" button in the opened program window. At least that how it's done on Windows XP.
