There's something in auto shops called a paint pen.They have all different kinds of colors.Just find the one that matches your car.

You can try to polish them away if the scratch are not too deep. Otherwise, you can do a spot repair, and use a product to blend the clearcoat.

Scratches can't just be covered. If they are light you can buff them out with a polisher and some compound. Deeper ones must be sanded out with super fine sandpaper.

Some scratches come off with cleaning cloths. If not, you may need special paint, not much but enough to cover the scratch.
