This requires a lot of steps when converting transmissions. You also have to be sure that the conversion is compatible and capable. There will be parts that have to be removed and no longer needed. And be sure this is a wise decision. Do your research.

First you will have to either cut or replace your current brake pedal as a auto is larger. You will then attach your new clutch. After that you will mount and attach your new clutch master and slave cylinder. Bleed your new system and you have a standard transmission.

I would sell the automatic car and buy a manual shift one. The conversion is very difficult. You will need a lot of parts and the labor is expensive.

Converting an auto transmission to a standard transmission is harder than standard to auto, because you need a clutch pedal, and a hole in the floor to connect it. You would be better off buying a second 240SX, that is a standard. It would be cheaper.

Well changing a automatic transmission car over to a standard can be a very complicated task. Especially in newer car. You should do some research online to get tips on how others have done thins. The main issues is that the you need to source part like a cross-member, clutch components, and etc.. from a standard transmission car.

This is very difficult. You could find a similar model that is standard transmission and use the parts on yours. The linkage, clutch pedal, would be difficult to install.
