There are multiple different ways to contact Disney. You can email them or send regular mail to them. The most efficient way would be to contact them through the phone. You can dial 1-407-824-2222 and that will take you directly to a human with customer service. They should be able to assist you from there.

You can call the park that you visited and ask for the information desk. They will be able to give you a phone number to someone who could help you. You could also go to their website and find a number to customer relations. Either way, just tell your story and they will be able to direct you.
