If it doesn't already have a "clear" or "erase" button, then you can call up the Canon helpline and they can probably do it for you online.

You will have to do a memory reset. Under the top panel, press the "data registration" key followed by the pound key ("#"). Wait 15 seconds, and reset the machine.

The memory on any given Canon fax machine is on the underside of the machine next to the power cord. The cover comes off easily for quick replacement.
