Stucco is essentially dried mud and can be cleaned in the same way. Remove as much as you can through dry techniques -- dry cleaning sponges, and so on. Consider painting the cleaner surface of the stucco with a paint in the color that you want the stucco to be, one that is labeled washable.

Clean stucco with a soft brisstle brush, and rinse with a garden hose. You may need an extension ladder, and a long handle on the brush for high up places. Use a mild detergent or neutral cleaner to remove dirt. Avoid high pressure water as this may damage the surface.

stucco can be cleaned using a dry and soft piece of cloth. since stucco is very delicate so utmost care should be taken while cleaning. water should not be applied to stucco while cleaning as it will deteriorate its quality. Another way is to use soft brush. small fan can be used to remove dust over it by air blow.

Fix and repair cracks before cleaning. Hairline cracks will be filled/covered with paint. Larger cracks can be filled with silicon and/or acrylic caulk(using sand to camouflage), or you may want to get professional help. Light pressure washing is recommended, preferably with no cleaner added or very little. Use a soft brush if needed.

You can use an industrial cleaner like Jomax with water and bleach. You then use a sprayer and spray on the stucco. Let the formula sit on the stucco and then use a pressure washer to clean it. Don't use a heavy stream you don't want to cause damage to the stucco.
